Multi-ROIs

A multi-ROI is similar to a region of interest (ROI), except that it can contain any number of classes that are labeled for each phase or feature of interest within an image. Dragonfly provides a number of tools for labeling multi-ROIs (see Segmentation Tools) as well as a number of options for processing and analyzing multi-ROIs. You can compute measurements and add other values to the classes in a multi-ROI in the Compute Measurements dialog (see Computing Measurements for Multi-ROIs), as well as analyze and classify the results (see Analyzing and Classifying Measurements). Multi-ROIs are also used as outputs for training deep learning and machine learning models for segmentation.
